Getting Started
Do I need to set up everything at once?
No. Start with the part of family life that needs the most help right now. You can keep it simple and add more only when it helps.
What is the best way to begin?
Start with what feels hardest right now. That might be chores, a routine, reminders, mornings, evenings, or one part of the day that keeps breaking down. IAFT is designed to help families begin there, then build from that.
What if my family is already overwhelmed?
That is exactly why IAFT is designed to feel simple at the beginning. You do not need to build a full system on day one. Start with one small thing and grow only when it helps.
Do I need to use every feature?
No. Use the parts that reduce friction for your family. IAFT is designed so families can start light, layer in structure gradually, and only use the tools that make follow-through easier.
Kids and ages
Is IAFT only for younger kids?
No. IAFT can support different ages and stages. Some families use it to help younger kids with simple routines and chores. Others use it for older kids and teens who are building more responsibility, independence, and follow-through.
What if my kids resist it at first?
That is normal. Most families do not get instant perfect participation. A softer start usually works better. Start with a few simple tasks or routines, make expectations visible, and keep the tone light. Small wins and participation matter more than perfection.
Can chores really help kids?
Yes. In IAFT, chores are not just about keeping the house running. They can also help build ownership, follow-through, and life skills over time.
Setup and family participation
Does everyone in my family need to join right away?
No. One parent can start first. Family members can be added later if and when it feels helpful. This is especially true in Solo, where the goal is to help one parent get support without needing everyone else to change first.
What if I want to start quietly on my own?
That is a valid way to begin. IAFT supports that through Solo. You do not need buy-in from everyone on day one to begin getting help.
Do I need to know exactly which path fits us?
No. You do not need to get it perfect. Choose the kind of help that feels most useful right now. You can always change later. The paths are starting points, not permanent categories.
What if I want more connection before more structure?
That is exactly why Family Fun exists. Some families need calmer routines and relief. Others need a lighter, more encouraging way to begin. IAFT is designed to meet families where they are.
Frankie
What is Frankie?
Frankie is IAFT’s Family Copilot. Frankie helps with chores, routines, follow-through, and the background work of family life that often feels mentally heavy — like remembering, nudging, and helping routines stick.
Is Frankie just generic AI?
No. Frankie was shaped around real family needs and real household patterns, and is designed to feel warm, helpful, and trustworthy rather than cold or technical.
Does Frankie replace parenting?
No. Frankie is not there to replace parenting. Frankie is there to support the way families already live and help carry some of the invisible work behind daily life.
What does Frankie actually help with?
Frankie helps with visibility, timely nudges, routines, what needs attention next, and reducing some of the follow-up that often falls on one parent. Frankie’s support is meant to feel calm and useful in the moment.
Pricing and plans
Do I need the biggest plan to start?
No. Start with the level of support that feels right for your family now. The plans are designed to grow with your family, not pressure you into more than you need on day one.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. IAFT is designed so families can start simple and add more structure or support later when it helps.
What is the difference between the plans?
Starter is for the core basics. SuperFamily adds more structure and visibility. SmartFamily adds Frankie support, weekly planning help, and a more guided layer.
Is there a trial?
Families get full access for the first 45 days while choosing how they want to explore. No commitment needed to get started.
Privacy and safety
Is family information kept private?
Yes. IAFT is built around family privacy, an ad-free experience, and not compromising family data. Privacy is a core value, not an afterthought.
Is Frankie designed with safety in mind?
Yes. Frankie is built around the HEART AI principles: Human-Centered, Explainable, Accountable, Responsible, and Trustworthy. The goal is not just usefulness, but support families can trust.
Will my family feel judged by the app?
That is not the intention. IAFT’s tone and product philosophy are built around permission over pressure. The goal is to help families feel supported, not evaluated.
