Ways to Begin
Choose the kind of help your family needs right now
Not every family needs the same kind of support on day one.
Some need a calm place to begin on their own.
Some need help resetting routines and reducing friction.
IAFT offers three supportive ways to begin, so families can start where they are and add more only when it helps.
How to Think About It
Three paths. One shared goal.
Each path is designed to make family life feel a little lighter.
These are not pricing tiers. They are starting points. The goal is not to choose the
“best” one. The goal is to choose the kind of help that feels most useful right now.

Private Support
Solo
For the parent carrying most of the load who wants calm, control, and clarity without involving anyone else yet.
Solo is a private, low-pressure starting path for the parent who is doing most of the remembering, reminding, organizing, and follow-through behind family life. You do not need everyone else to join before you can get help. You can start with you.

Solo
This path helps with:
getting organized quietly
letting Frankie carry more of the reminders
reducing what stays trapped in one person’s head
adding others later, only if and when it helps
Best when:
one parent is carrying most of the load
involving others feels like more work right now
life is temporarily uneven
you want a gentle place to start
Connection First
Family Fun
For families who want connection before structure, and a lighter way to build habits together.
Family Fun is a joy-first, low-pressure path built around small wins, shared moments, and everyday participation. It is not about fixing behavior or creating pressure. It is about helping the family join in more easily and making responsibilities feel a little lighter to do together.

Family Fun
A lighter, joy-first way to build habits and participation together.
This path helps with:
less nagging
more willing participation
small, visible wins
habits that feel easier to try
Best when:
you want a softer way to begin
your kids respond better to encouragement than correction
you want more momentum and connection at home
you are trying IAFT for the first time
Family Reset
For families who need calmer routines, less friction, and a more guided way to get back on track.
Family Reset is a relief-first path for families who feel overloaded, behind, or stuck in daily tension. It starts with what feels heaviest right now, narrows the focus, and builds a small starter plan that feels doable instead of overwhelming.

Family Reset
A guided path for families who need calmer routines and less friction.
This path helps with:
smoother mornings
calmer evenings
less reminding and nagging
routines that feel steadier and easier to follow
Best when:
family life feels more tense than calm
routines are not sticking
one or two daily friction points are wearing everyone down
you want structure without pressure
Reassurance
Not sure which one fits?
Start with what feels most true right now.
If family life feels heavy and one person is carrying most of it, start with Solo.
If the family needs lighter energy and more willing participation, start with Family Fun.
If the family needs calmer routines and less friction, start with Family Reset.
You do not have to get it perfect. You just need a place to begin.
